Lesson 2 — Three places an agent fits

Lesson 2 of 4

Learn

Agents are not good at everything, and knowing where they shine keeps you out of dead ends. Three patterns account for most of the wins.

Repetitive communication. The same questions, answered again and again — hours, prices, availability, directions, what to bring. An agent with the facts answers instantly, at any hour, in a warm and consistent voice.

Scheduling and triage. Requests arrive messy; someone has to sort them — book this, quote that, forward the urgent one. An agent drafts the sort; the owner confirms in seconds instead of minutes.

Research and summaries. "What are competitors charging?" "Summarize these reviews." "Draft the newsletter from these three updates." Work with clear inputs and a describable output.

Now the matching exercise: put your five pains from Lesson 1 against these three patterns. A pain that fits a pattern is a candidate. A pain that fits none — creative strategy, physical work, high-stakes judgment — is not, and crossing it off now is a win, not a loss.

⚡ Do

Mark each of your five pains: which pattern, or none. Keep the two best fits. Those are your candidate niches.
