ExeFast Referral Program Terms
Last Updated: July 15, 2026 Incorporated by reference into the ExeFast Terms of Service
About this program: ExeFast chooses to invest less in paid advertising and instead share a portion of subscription revenue with the users who refer others. Revenue share is a commission you earn for your own referral activity. It is not an ownership interest, investment, security, or guaranteed income; actual rewards depend on whom you refer and whether they subscribe to our services and remain active.
1. Overview
The ExeFast Referral Program rewards existing users (Participants) for bringing new users to ExeFast. It has two kinds of reward:
- Usage credits - a one-time, non-cash credit when someone you refer creates an account, whether on a Free or a paid plan.
- Revenue share - a recurring cash reward when a user you refer subscribes to a paid plan.
You earn only for users you directly refer, and rewards are tied to a referred user's own activity and subscription with ExeFast.
2. Eligibility
Open to ExeFast users in good standing, subject to ExeFast's sole discretion. You earn a one-time usage credit upon a qualifying referred sign-up to any plan, including Free. You earn revenue share from referred paid subscriptions only while you hold an active paid subscription for yourself. Receiving a revenue-share payout also requires identity and tax verification (W-9 for U.S. persons; W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons), valid payout details, and an accrued payable balance at or above the minimum payout threshold in Section 5; you may accrue revenue share before verifying but cannot be paid until verification is complete and the threshold is met.
An eligible referred user must be genuinely new to ExeFast - someone who has not previously held an ExeFast account or trial. Existing or returning users, and self-referrals, do not qualify.
3. Usage Credits (Referred Sign-Ups)
When a new user creates an account through your referral - on a Free or a paid plan - you may receive a one-time usage credit per qualifying referred sign-up. Usage credits are non-cash, account-only value applicable toward your ExeFast Platform usage. They are one-time per referred sign-up (not recurring), are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable between users, do not require payout or tax verification, are not subject to the minimum payout threshold, do not require you to hold a paid plan, and may expire or be adjusted by ExeFast on notice. Credits provide immediate recognition for referrals before any paid conversion.
4. Revenue Share (Referred Paid Subscriptions)
When a user you refer subscribes to a paid plan, you may earn revenue share - a cash reward equal to a percentage of the gross subscription price of that user's subscription, recurring for each billing period they remain an active paying subscriber.
- Gross subscription price = the plan's recurring price, excluding any applicable tax. Revenue share is calculated on the subscription price, not on tax.
- Flat rate. The revenue-share percentage is a flat 50% for every referrer who holds an active paid subscription, regardless of which paid plan you are on. The rate may be changed on notice.
- Active-paid requirement. You earn revenue share only for periods in which you hold an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses, revenue share pauses until you are active again; usage credits are unaffected.
- Recurring. You continue to earn on a referred user's subscription for as long as they remain an active paying subscriber, subject to these terms.
| Reward | Who earns it | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Usage credit (one-time) | Any participant (on free or paid plan) | One-time usage credit per qualifying referred sign-up |
| Revenue share (recurring) | Any participant on an active paid plan | 50% of the referred subscriber's gross subscription price, per billing period, while both accounts remain on active paid plans |
ExeFast makes no representation about total earnings; what you receive depends entirely on whom you refer and whether they subscribe and remain active.
5. Attribution, Accrual, and Payout
- Attribution. A new user is attributed to the referrer whose link or code they used at sign-up, subject to our tracking and anti-fraud checks. Attribution is single - each new user is linked to one participant.
- Accrual. A one-time usage credit posts on a qualifying sign-up (Free or paid). Revenue share accrues as each referred paid subscription is paid.
- Qualifying period. Revenue share for a referred subscription becomes payable only after the referred account has remained an active paying subscriber for an initial qualifying period (currently 30 days from the first paid charge). Subscriptions canceled, refunded, or charged back within that period do not qualify, and any related accrual is reversed. To earn revenue share on a referred user's billing event, your own paid subscription must be active both: (a) on the calendar day the referred user is successfully charged, and (b) on the calendar day the 30-day qualifying hold period expires.
- Minimum payout threshold. Revenue share is paid only once your accrued payable balance - revenue share that has cleared the qualifying period and is not subject to a hold or clawback - reaches or exceeds US $100.00 as of the applicable payout run date. Balances below the threshold are not forfeited: they remain in your account, carry forward, and accumulate across payout periods until the threshold is met, at which point they are included in the next scheduled payout. The threshold is measured in U.S. dollars; where a payout is made in another currency, conversion is applied by our payout provider at its then-current rate after the threshold test. ExeFast may change the minimum payout threshold on notice, including to reflect requirements or fees imposed by our payment or payout providers; any change applies prospectively to payout runs occurring after the notice period.
- Threshold on account closure or program end. If your account is closed by you, or your participation or the Referral Program is terminated by ExeFast other than for your breach, fraud, or abuse, ExeFast will pay any accrued payable balance remaining below the threshold in a final payout, subject to completed verification, applicable holds and clawbacks, and any minimum imposed by our payout provider. Where a provider minimum makes a sub-threshold transfer impracticable, ExeFast may instead issue the remaining balance as non-cash usage credit or another commercially reasonable equivalent. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable right you have under applicable law.
- Payout. Revenue share is paid periodically (for example, monthly, on a NET-30 basis) once you are verified and your accrued payable balance is at or above the minimum payout threshold, through our payout providers. Accruals, balances, and progress toward the threshold are shown in your dashboard from the start.
- Clawbacks and offsets. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversed or fraudulent subscriptions reduce the gross subscription price for the affected period and are clawed back from or offset against current or future revenue share. We may hold or delay revenue share pending fraud or abuse review. Clawbacks and offsets are applied before the minimum payout threshold is tested.
6. Conduct and Disclosures
When promoting ExeFast you must:
- Clearly and conspicuously disclose your connection (for example, "I earn a share of revenue if you subscribe with my link"). In social or interactive media the disclosure must be unavoidable; a "more"/click-to-expand link or a platform's built-in label alone is not sufficient.
- Make no earnings or income guarantees, lifestyle claims, or unsubstantiated or misleading statements.
- Post no fake, incentivized, or AI-generated reviews, and do not suppress negative reviews.
- Not post your referral link or code on coupon, deal, or discount-aggregator sites; sign-ups obtained through such public code distribution are not eligible referrals.
- Avoid spam, deceptive marketing, self-referrals, and synthetic or duplicate sign-ups.
7. No Guarantees; Discretion; Changes
ExeFast makes no earnings guarantees. Actual rewards depend on the users you refer and the program rules. ExeFast may modify, suspend, or terminate the program or any participant's eligibility at its sole discretion, on notice. ExeFast may withhold rewards, suspend participation, or terminate accounts for violations or for sign-ups obtained through prohibited means.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for income taxes on rewards you receive. ExeFast may issue IRS Form 1099 (U.S. persons) or Form 1042-S and withhold (non-U.S. persons absent a valid treaty claim or W-8BEN) as required by law.
9. Relationship to Other Terms
These ExeFast Referral Program Terms supplement and are incorporated by reference into the ExeFast Terms of Service; the Terms of Service control in the event of conflict.
