ExeFast Cookie Policy
Last Updated: July 15, 2026 Referenced by, and part of, the ExeFast Privacy Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how EXEFAST INC, a Florida benefit corporation ("ExeFast," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies ("Cookies") on the ExeFast Platform, and your choices. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files, scripts, pixels, tags, or similar technologies placed on your device or browser when you use a website or app. They let a service recognize your device, remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the service is used.
2. Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary (always on). Required to operate the Platform - for example, authentication, session management, load balancing, and security/fraud prevention. These do not require consent because the Platform cannot function without them.
- Functional. Remember your preferences and settings (for example, language or interface choices) to improve your experience.
- Analytics/performance. Help us understand usage in aggregated or pseudonymized form (for example, which features are used and where errors occur) so we can improve reliability and the Platform.
We do not use Cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell information collected through Cookies. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking Cookies for ad targeting.
3. Your Choices and Consent
- Consent where required. In the EEA, UK, and other regions that require it, we set non-essential Cookies (functional and analytics) only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can accept, reject, or customize categories, and change your choice at any time through the banner or your settings.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where applicable law requires, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC.
- Browser controls. You can block or delete Cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary Cookies, parts of the Platform may not work.
- Do Not Track. Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track, we respond to GPC rather than DNT signals.
4. Third-Party and Channel Technologies
Some service providers we use (for example, security, analytics, and infrastructure providers) may set Cookies on our behalf under data-processing agreements. If you use integrated messaging or voice channels (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or telephony), those providers process information under their own policies, which are outside this Cookie Policy. We do not control third-party sites we link to.
5. Retention
Cookies persist for different periods. Session Cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent Cookies remain for a defined period or until you delete them. Retention periods vary by purpose and are limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be notified as appropriate, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
7. Contact
