Getting started
ExeFast gives you AI agents that work on your business. You start with Gig, an executive assistant, and add agents of your own as you go.
ExeFast is live, and sign-up is currently under invitation only. If you sign up at app.exefast.ai without an invitation, your account is created and held until we open to everyone — it holds your email until then. If you already have an account, you can sign in there anytime.
The first thing to do
Tell Gig what you are working on, in your own words. It is built for the messy start of a piece of work — the point where you know the goal but not the next step. Ask it to turn that into a plan, then work through the plan with it.
You do not need to learn a syntax or pick a model. Write the way you would to a capable colleague who is new to your business.
Then make it your own
- Create your own agent, with its own name and its own standing instructions. Gig stays as it is — the default assistant, the same for everyone.
- Put what an agent should always know into those instructions — your business, your customers, how you want it to write — so you are not repeating it every conversation.
- Add more agents, up to the number of seats your plan includes, when you want one that does a different job.
