Plans, limits and credits
Four plans — Free, Plus, Pro and Business. One flat price each, listed on the pricing page: what you pay is the plan price, and there is no metered bill on top of it.
Your monthly allowance
Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance, and larger plans include more of it. Usage is measured in credits. What a given piece of work costs depends on how much text is involved and which capability tier answers it, so the allowance does not convert to a fixed number of messages.
Your allowance does not roll over. Each plan transition sets your balance to the new plan's allowance — upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or renewal alike. It is set, never added to, so your balance never exceeds what your plan includes. This is also what the Terms say.
That cuts both ways and it is worth being plain about it: if you upgrade mid-month, you do not keep what was left of the old allowance on top of the new one. You paid the difference to reach the new tier, and the new allowance is what that buys.
Seats
A seat is one agent instance — its own name, personality, skills and purpose. Your plan includes a set number: 1 on Free, 2 on Plus, 5 on Pro, 10 on Business.
Seats are how you keep different jobs apart. One agent that knows your bookkeeping and one that writes your customer emails will both do better than one agent trying to be both.
Which models you reach
Standard models on every plan; premium and frontier open-source models from Pro; frontier models across leading providers on Business. You do not choose a model or manage a separate account for one — the plan decides the tier available to you.
