Your data: what we do with it, and the controls you have
We do not train our models on your content, and we do not sell your personal information. Your prompts are routed to model providers to produce your result. Where a provider retains data for safety review it is limited — typically no more than 30 days.
Deleting
You can delete a single conversation, or all of your conversations, at any time from your settings. Deleting conversation content is immediate and there is no restore window — it is removed from live systems straight away and expires from our encrypted backups within 30 days, during which it is not accessible and is never restored. Delete it only if you mean it.
The work you have created is different, and deliberately so: deleting it is reversible for 30 days, so a mistake is recoverable.
Exporting
You can export your conversations and the work you have created from your settings, at any time, without asking us.
Closing your account
When you close your account we hold your conversation content and your work for 30 days so you can reopen and retrieve them, and then delete them. If you would rather not wait, you can ask for immediate deletion instead.
