ExeFast WhatsApp Channel Opener

Scope. This opener is WhatsApp-specific. It exists in this form because the WhatsApp Business Platform requires an in-channel notice; it is not the required form on channels that do not. On a channel where the user completes an activation or sign-up step that presents the Terms and this Privacy Policy and records acceptance before any conversation content is stored, that step is the notice required by Privacy Policy Section 5.1, and no separate opener is needed.

Two things in this opener are not WhatsApp-specific and apply on every channel, because they come from law and from the Acceptable Use Policy rather than from a platform's rules:

• AI identification (AUP Section 3.6; EU AI Act Article 50(1) and bot-disclosure laws) — a person must be told they are interacting with AI at the start of a session, wherever that session takes place.
• Opt-out and deletion keywords (AUP Section 3.6) — STOP must be honoured on any messaging or voice channel, and where a keyword is described as deleting a conversation, the deletion must actually occur. A keyword is not published on a channel before it is implemented on that channel.
